STUDI POTENSI JAMUR Cordyceps militaris L. SEBAGAI AGENSIA HAYATI HAMA ULAT API (Setothosea asigna E.) DI PERKEBUNAN KELAPA SAWIT IN VITRO

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi jamur Cordyceps militaris sebagai agensia hayati hama ulat api (Setothosea asigna). ini terdiri dari dua kegiatan yaitu survei dan percobaan di laboratorium. Kegiatan dilakukan 5 perkebunan kelapa sawit Provinsi Lampung C. lapang. laboratorium patogenisitas terhadap larva Dari hasil dapat diketahui bahwa ditemukan milik PT Nakau, Palm Persada, PTPN VII Unit Rejosari Bekri, Bumi Madu Mandiri. Persentase pupa yang terinfeksi lapang berkisar antara 7,25% hingga 11%. Hasil menunjukkan mampu menginfeksi 100% api.
